52 Percent of HR Leaders Believe this is 2021's Biggest Challenge Yet

  • The global pandemic has no doubt disrupted the corporate world. The disruption has pushed us harder than we first believed, and has lasted longer than we first imagined. The workplace has had to undergo series of remodeling and changes to fit the new normal, but not without its costs.
  • According to a recent survey, the main concern for HR leaders was retaining talent (52%), followed closely by developing talent (50%), attracting talent (49%), and boosting employee satisfaction (47%)
  • The COVID-19 crisis has placed more focus on HR as a function, prompting employers to find ways to attract the right people and retain them. The crisis has made HR departments realize that they need tools to automate manual processes, which are sucking away their precious time
