This roundtable will focus on why personalization is key to successful population health and why we need to meet employees where they are in a manner that is meaningful to them. This creates better outcomes and results, achieves better cost savings, and creates happier, more engaged, and productive employees. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a chronic condition, mental health, MSK, or general well-being; a traditional one-size-fits-all approach misses the mark.
