As a continuation of our April roundtable comprised of over 30 organizations, this roundtable will continue the conversation about building a company's culture to support employee well-being. Here, we will show the importance of creating an open culture around mental health at work that allows people to seek support without fear or judgment while simultaneously normalizing the conversation around mental health. This session will kick off with a short presentation on the results and findings of the previous roundtable and then jump into an open forum discussion where organizations share their challenges and problems and how they are overcoming them.
