Linde

Diana Dimon is the Associate Director of Benefits at Linde. In this role, her focus is on strategic implementation and plan design for Linde’s US benefit plans, as well as disability and leave management programs.

Diana started her career 15+ years ago in the fitness and wellness industry, managing multiple on-site corporate fitness and wellness centers for Take Care Health Systems clients. Looking to expand her impact on employee health, she moved to Linde to start a role as a Wellness Coordinator. This opportunity gave her firsthand experience in the benefit space, where she continues her career today.
