Peter Hames is co-founder and CEO of Big Health, a digital therapeutics company focused on sleep and mental health. Big Health's 24 hour solution tackles both the most common night- and day-time symptoms of poor mental health - Sleepio for poor sleep, and Daylight for worry and anxiety. Backed by the world-leading evidence base for any digital therapeutic (13 RCTs and counting). Peter is an NHS Innovation Fellow, and holds a Masters in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University. It was his own experience of insomnia, and how he overcame it, that inspired him to found Big Health and create Sleepio.
