Tiffany joined Gallagher as an Account Executive in October of 2017.  She has over 15 years of experience in the benefits industry on both the Consulting and Employer sides of the business. Her passions are helping clients build long term strategic benefits strategies that bolster their competitive Total Rewards packages, and looking for innovative solutions to gaps in coverage and provider networks.

Tiffany has experience working with both private and public sector clients, single and multi-site employers, and small, mid- and large sized groups. While she works with a number of different industries, she tends to specialize in Higher Education and K-12 environments.

Tiffany currently holds several professional designations in HR and Compensation, and is working toward the completion of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation.
