These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Learn by Healthcare Revolution ("Learn," the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), an online learning platform operated by Healthcare Revolution LLC.
By purchasing, registering for, accessing, or using any course, certification program, training program, educational material, or other service offered through Learn, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase, register for, or use the Platform or its courses.
Learn by Healthcare Revolution is an online learning management platform that provides access to professional education, training, certification, and related programs.
The Platform may host and administer multiple programs, including, but not limited to:
Programs available through Learn may be developed, owned, administered, licensed, or offered by Healthcare Revolution LLC, its affiliated organizations, industry associations, educational partners, or other program providers.
These Terms apply generally to all programs accessed through Learn unless specific terms presented for a particular program state otherwise.
Certain courses and programs require you to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Your account is personal to you. You may not share your username, password, course access, or other login credentials with another person.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being shared, misused, accessed fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.
When you purchase or register for a course or certification program, you are purchasing access to the applicable educational program subject to the access period, requirements, and conditions stated for that program.
Course content, duration, modules, assessments, instructors, learning materials, certification requirements, and other program elements may vary between programs.
We may update course materials from time to time to reflect changes in industry practices, technology, regulations, research, or educational standards.
ALL COURSE, CERTIFICATION, TRAINING, AND PROGRAM PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT WHERE OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Because users may receive immediate access to digital educational content, course materials, videos, assessments, and other proprietary resources following registration or purchase, we generally do not provide refunds after a purchase has been completed.
This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether you:
Failure to use or complete a purchased program does not entitle you to a refund.
If we cancel a paid program entirely and do not provide a reasonable replacement, alternative access, or rescheduled program, we may provide an appropriate remedy at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.
Access periods may differ by course or certification program. Any specific access period communicated on the applicable registration, checkout, or program page will apply to that program.
Access to a course does not necessarily constitute lifetime access unless expressly stated.
We may modify the Platform, technology, course interface, or method through which content is delivered without materially reducing the educational program purchased by the user.
Purchasing a certification program does not automatically guarantee certification.
Depending on the program, participants may be required to complete specified modules, watch required educational content, complete assessments or examinations, achieve a required passing score, complete assignments, satisfy attendance requirements, or meet other published requirements.
Certification or a certificate will only be issued when the applicable program requirements have been successfully completed.
Requirements may vary between programs.
Certificates, certifications, digital credentials, badges, or other recognition issued through programs hosted on Learn represent completion or achievement under the requirements established for the applicable program.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, completion of a program does not constitute a government license, professional license, academic degree, university credit, or authorization to practice a regulated profession.
Participants are responsible for determining whether a particular certification, credential, or course satisfies any employer, licensing, continuing education, regulatory, or professional requirements applicable to them.
Content available through Learn is provided for educational and informational purposes.
Course materials should not be interpreted as medical, legal, financial, regulatory, clinical, or other individualized professional advice.
Healthcare and related courses may discuss clinical, medical, wellness, benefits, regulatory, or healthcare industry topics. Such information is educational in nature and is not a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Unless otherwise stated, course materials and Platform content, including videos, presentations, text, graphics, examinations, assessments, worksheets, downloads, templates, logos, trademarks, and other educational materials, are owned by or licensed to Healthcare Revolution LLC, its affiliates, or the applicable content owner.
Purchasing a course provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the materials for your own educational purposes.

Participants are expected to complete certification requirements independently unless collaboration is expressly permitted.
Cheating, sharing examination questions or answers, impersonating another participant, submitting work completed by another person, manipulating course completion records, or otherwise attempting to improperly obtain a certification or credential is prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate access, invalidate course completion, withhold a certificate, or revoke a certification or credential where we reasonably determine that fraud, cheating, misrepresentation, or other material misconduct has occurred.
Learn is an online platform. You are responsible for maintaining the internet connection, device, software, browser, email account, and other technology necessary to access your courses.
We work to maintain reliable Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, third-party services, internet disruptions, security measures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Learn may use or integrate with third-party technology providers for services such as payment processing, video hosting, email communications, authentication, analytics, or other Platform functionality.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for outages or failures caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
By creating an account or purchasing a program, you agree that we may send you transactional and administrative communications related to your account, purchase, course access, certification status, security, and Platform operation.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any communication preferences available to you.
Professional fields evolve, and course content may therefore be updated periodically.
We reserve the right to revise, replace, reorganize, or update course content, instructors, modules, assessments, requirements, or delivery methods when reasonably necessary.
We may also introduce new courses and discontinue programs from future enrollment.
Where a program has already been purchased, we will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially impairing the participant's ability to complete the program during the applicable access period.
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by course, certification, promotion, membership status, geographic market, organization, or enrollment arrangement.
We may change pricing for future purchases at any time.
Unless otherwise stated, applicable taxes, transaction charges, or other required fees may be added during checkout.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout.
Promotional pricing, discounts, scholarships, group rates, or discount codes may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and other conditions.
Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly permitted and generally cannot be applied retroactively to purchases already completed.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform or a program where a user materially violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, improperly shares access, infringes intellectual property rights, abuses the Platform, or interferes with its operation or security.
Termination resulting from a material violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and educational content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that completing a course or certification will result in employment, promotion, increased compensation, business opportunities, clients, professional licensing, regulatory approval, or any particular personal or professional outcome.
Individual results may vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Healthcare Revolution LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform or participation in a program.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular purchased program will not exceed the amount you paid to us for that program giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Information collected through Learn will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy applicable to the Platform.
By using Learn, you acknowledge that certain information must be collected and processed to create and maintain your account, process purchases, provide course access, track progress, administer assessments, issue certificates or credentials, provide support, and operate the Platform.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our Platform, programs, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.
The current version will be made available through the Platform with its effective date.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with any applicable Privacy Policy and any program-specific terms presented at registration or purchase, constitute the agreement governing your use of Learn and participation in programs offered through the Platform.
If program-specific terms expressly conflict with these general Terms, the program-specific terms will control with respect to that particular program.
