Torrey Davis is the Global Lead for The Mental Wellness Society of the Organizational Culture, Strategy, and Performance Team. He has 11-years of combined Industrial and Organizational Psychology (IOP) and Human Resources (HR) experience in manufacturing environments, higher education, K-12, and federal government (nuclear energy). Mr. Davis is also the Director of Data and Business Enterprise for the Society of Evidence-Based Organizational Consulting (SEBOC). He focuses on aligning organizations’ initiatives with their mission and vision through data storytelling. Mr. Davis is known for implementing effective and efficient solutions that help restructure organizations, develop employer wellbeing programs, aligning training and development programs with organizational goals, and coaching students and professionals. Last but not least, he works globally supporting B2B initiatives related to mental wellness, workplace motivation, mental health, mindfulness, attitude, addiction, stress, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and organizational structures utilizing mental wellness concepts.  Research Interests: Workplace motivation, mental wellness, workplace stress, economic opportunities, community health, health disparities, health equity, healthcare reform, and health policy.
