I would like to attend the 2021 Healthcare Revolution Conference during May 17-19, formerly known as the Employer Healthcare & Benefits Congress for more than a decade. The 13th event is packed with educational sessions over three days with themes that focus on costs, culture, and care.
Costs: Reduce employer healthcare and benefits costs by 25% by 2025.
Culture: Reimagine engagement and well-being.
Care: Provide 40% of healthcare services virtually and through technology by 2025.
Given that our [COMPANY OR DEPARTMENT] has a purpose that aligns with the theme of [MOONSHOT (i.e. COSTS, CULTURE, or CARE)], I believe that this will be an excellent opportunity for us.
Firstly, the event is free, making it a no-brainer for us to attend since there will be no registration cost, no flights, and no hotels.
The Summit will not only benefit me as an employee, but will also provide me with tangible takeaways for our entire team. Now that the agenda of sessions is live, we can go over the list together to determine which ones will benefit the company most.
With the current economic conditions, employers need to innovate, brokers need to have the best solutions, and solution provider need to be truly cutting-edge. However, COVID-19 brings a whole new dynamic to the discussion, and this year's conference will be heavily focused on relevancy when discussing the "revolution" of employer healthcare and benefits. I'm looking forward to garnering insights from the most respected figures in the industry like Royal Caribbean, Hewlett-Packard, MarineMax, Lockton, Mercer, Gallagher, Winston & Strawn, Midwest Business Group on Health, and a whole lot more.
