Becky oversees employee wellness for Albuquerque Public Schools, the largest school district in New Mexico with over 12,000 employees. Her role includes overall program strategy, marketing, benefits communications and open enrollment, as well as collaborating with health plan carriers and third-party point solutions for improved preventive/mental health engagement and outcomes. She has a 30-year background in wellness, marketing, communications, and business management. She is a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist through the Corporate Health & Wellness Association and has multiple certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Previous roles include serving as a director for the American Heart Association, marketing and business development manager for a physical therapy company, and as a wellness/benefits consultant for small-size businesses.
