Global VP of Healthcare at Salesforce responsible for industry strategy for Health Plans and Providers globally. Before joining Salesforce, Dr. Quesada was the Chief Medical Officer and Total Health & Network Lead for Cigna International Markets for 6 years responsible for network contracting, clinical and wellness operations, medical economics and cost containment initiatives.

Dr. Quesada has over 25 years of experience in hospital administration, payer provider contracting, healthcare operations, revenue cycle, and strategic financial planning. He has also held several executive positions at hospitals and health insurance companies in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and the US.

He received a Medical Degree from Carabobo University and a Master of Business Administration from IESA in Venezuela. He holds a certificate in Managing Healthcare Delivery from Harvard Business School and a certificate in International Healthcare Management from the University of Miami. In 2021, Dr. Jose was recognized as one of the Top 100 Diverse Leaders in Technology by the National Diversity Council.
