Florence has 25 years of diversified management and leading positions experience in the world of assistance (travel, business, health). She started her career in assistance in the Indian Ocean region, at Allianz for 9 years. In this position, Florence also managed other territories (Lebanon and Tunisia) in a multi-cultural environment focusing on small markets and or markets with low maturity in travel insurance. When she returned to France in 2005, Florence joined Europ Assistance as Head of Global Medical Networks, coordinating operations between EA entities and EA's local agents, while managing projects such as overall cost control. 4 years later, Florence was appointed Sales and Marketing Director of Europ Assistance Global Corporate Solutions, specializing in health services to large and medium-sized companies exposed to high risks (Oil & Gas, Mines, Heavy Industry), operating in remote sites (Africa, Central Asia mainly). Florence is currently the Head of the Global Health Business Line, within the Personal Lines department of Europ Assistance Holding. In this role, Florence focuses on designing with our entities the Group's Health strategy, supporting global and local projects with our entities and partners and commercial development. During her free time, Florence likes to take a break by managing the family vineyard in the Cognac region, producing Brandy.
