Geoffrey (Geoff) Nagle has been with AXA Partners US since June 2015 and is our Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to becoming the Chief Revenue Officer, Geoff had leadership roles at AXA Partners as Head of U.S. Health Strategy & Product Development and Regional Network Management lead for the Americas. Prior to his arrival to AXA Partners, Geoff led the Global Vendor Management and Network Development team for MetLife Expatriate Benefits. In his previous position, Geoff was responsible for building health networks across the globe either with individual hospitals and clinics or through business process outsourcing with large, international PPO organizations in the Americas, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Geoff has a degree in Public Relations / Communication from La Salle University.

What is the biggest thing you learned in 2020?

The importance of digital health products and innovation.

What do you feel are the two most important benefits or areas that need to be a top priority in 2021?

Digital Health, Disrupting U.S. Healthcare.

Can you share a story on an area of your healthcare program or employee benefits where you were able to create significant savings or stop costs from rising?

We developed a Digital Health product with a large partner who acknowledged their loyalty consumers were severely underinsured, uninsured, and the importance of taking an active role in providing these products, although they fell far outside their existing products/vision.

If you could automatically receive a 10-20% reduction in costs in three areas/programs, what would your dream list be?

Healthcare, pharmacy, and insurance premiums.

What is the most innovative program you will focus on in 2021 and/or 2022?

Digital health offerings.

How are you re-imagining corporate culture & well-being?

More structured work time, blackout hours (no email on weekends, meetings on Fridays), wellness programs, virtual boot camps.

What virtual care solutions did you roll out during the pandemic? How valuable were they and why?

COVID nurse advice lines, U.S. digital health offerings through banks, retailers, mental health lines - the support people needed while locked at home.
