Georgette Kores is currently the Manager for Global Wellness & Engagement at World Fuel Services. In this role she designs and executes the corporate wellness programming for all offices, spanning over150 locations in 30 countries. Mrs. Kores is an experienced and innovative wellness professional who has a proven record of creating, implementing and executing successful and sustainable wellness-oriented programming in corporate settings for a number of Fortune 500 companies as well as small and mid-sized employers. She graduated from Barry University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and a Master of Science degree in Sport Management from Liberty University and is a certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist and Health & Fitness Specialist. Her efforts have contributed to higher national and multi-national recognition for the large corporations she has been affiliated with through: corporate awards, reduced health-care costs for employers and higher employee engagement rates. Mrs. Kores has also been published in Corporate Wellness Magazine, SoBe Fit Magazine, has appeared as a guest blog writer for the CEO of Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, presented at several local and national corporate wellness industry conferences and was featured in American Healthcare Leader magazine. Her programming has contributed to companies receiving: Platinum and Gold Level Distinction from the American Heart Association for the Fit-Friendly Company award, multiple-year wins for Healthiest Employers Competition, South Florida (large employer category), Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Well-Being Award and recognition for innovations in wellness connections at national levels.
