We shifted from $275K ISL to $350K ISL with $100K Aggregating Specific deductible and dropped 36% of our fixed SL premium (~$1.1M). Factoring in the increased risk and based on prior years’ large claims activity, we were estimating a net $400-600K savings annually, depending on actual claims incurred. We used these net savings to add our US and CAN exempt professionals to our annual incentive compensation plan.
