Joe Williams has been a benefits professional for over 24 years. He has spent over 16 years in higher education where he has led the benefit programs at NC State University, Duke University/Duke Health and now at UNC Chapel Hill where is the Senior Director of Benefits, Leave Administration and Total Wellbeing. Joe has a real passion for benefits/retirement and for helping staff and faculty truly understand ways to get the most out of their benefits. He is a firm believer in saving for one’s future and loves to showcase the UNC plans that offer some great ways to do that.
