With nearly 25 years of experience in employee benefits and a strong record of achievement, Lisa is responsible for the overall growth, retention, profitability, best practices, and strategic direction of the firm?s $49 million employee benefits operation, spanning 17 offices throughout the Midwest and South. Lisa has received numerous industry and community accolades. She was named one of the ?50 Women to Watch?in an issue of Business Insurance magazine and also received the ?20 Under 40?Leadership Award in 2007. In 2009, Lisa was acknowledged with the Leadership Toledo Distinguished Community Leader Award. Lisa was also honored with the Hanover College Alumni Achievement Award in 2015. Lisa is a nationally-recognized leader having served on the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers (CIAB) Council of EB Executives. She currently serves on the Worldwide Broker Network (WBN) Board of Directors, EB Steering Committee and numerous carrier advisory boards. An established speaker, Lisa has presented to numerous organizations, including Financial Executives International (FEI), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Worldwide Employee Benefits Network (WEB) and the Worldwide Broker Network (WBN). She is often interviewed to provide her insights on the landscape of the U.S. healthcare system
