Municipalities Colleges and Schools Insurance Group (MCSIG)

Currently the Executive Director of MCSIG. Municipalities Colleges Schools Insurance Group is a Joint Power Authority on California’s Central Coast. MCSIG insures about 70 public agencies throughout California, primarily in education. Approaching 8,000 insured Employees with 90% growth over the last year.

Prior to Joining MCSGI Mr. Larsen worked as the CFO for a Health Care System. During his time with the system Revenues where increase 20%-30% across all facilities year over year for the 3 years at the Health Care District. Grants were won to fund new lines of service for women health including Mammography, and improved Pre and Perinatal services.

Prior to Joining the Health Care District, Mr. Larsen worked for Snow, Christensen & Martineau for 14 years. The last 9 years as their CFO. SCM is a preeminent trial firm that represents most of the intermountain west’s Hospital, Cities, Counties, and majority of national drug companies with an exceptional trial win rate. The firm experience steady growth year over year for 13 of the 14 years working there.

Filling out a 20 year look back he spent a couple of years working for the Utah Jazz, and had the privilege of auditing the retail division both years they went to the finals against the Bulls in the late 90’s
