Michelle DiTondo is a Principal with Avion Consulting, a management consulting firm specializing in leadership, team, and organizational development. Michelle has over 25 years of experience in human resources leadership. Most recently, Michelle served nearly a decade as the Chief Human Resources Officer for MGM Resorts International, leading culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives for the company’s 88,000 employees worldwide. As a key member of the senior leadership team, Michelle worked in partnership with the C-Suite on a broad range of company-wide strategies in both talent and overall business improvement. She has been a trusted partner and advisor to the CEO, COO, and CMO in addition to various business unit presidents within MGM Resorts and credible executive to the company’s Board of Directors.
