Noël leads the sales and marketing teams which includes the development and execution of a healthy growth strategy. She drives partnerships with employers and brokers to deliver innovative genomic solutions to the market. She brings over three decades of leadership experience in assisting America’s largest employers, payers, and health systems in designing and achieving their populations’ health objectives. Prior to joining Genomic Life, Noël led divisions at publicly traded and privately-held healthcare corporations including Conduent, American Well, Extend Health, and Cigna, solidifying a track-record of successfully deploying disruptive advances in healthcare. She has served as the strategic consultant and adviser to numerous organizations and is currently on the advisory board of Sword Health. Noël holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL; she presently spends her time wherever customers, employees and colleagues need her the most.
