A traditional data warehouse is like a “roach motel” for data. Your data goes in, but it doesn’t come out. Abett’s Lockbox is a very different kind of solution. Its purpose is to share data elements across systems and vendors, solely at the direction of the employer. In doing so, the Lockbox securely automates tasks like creating and delivering eligibility files, and provides a historical archive when an employer replaces one vendor with another.
Via its Lockbox, an employer outsources the technical implementation of new vendors and point solutions to Abett. We integrate with third-party vendors quickly and seamlessly. In some cases, switching vendors can be as simple as a single click of the mouse.
