Kate Stemle is a Health & Well-Being professional who works with employees and leaders to provide the appropriate programming for employees to help them achieve their optimal well-being, while helping employers improve employee experience, create/maintain a well-being culture and reduce medical spend. After spending over 25 years in the health and well-being area, Kate knows how to delivery first class onsite health clinics, fitness centers and well-being/health education programs for multi-national employers. Kate has launched several health and well-being programs for large employers and has been recognized for innovative program development, strong fiscal management and an ability to improve processes and streamline operations. Kate holds a BS in Health from University of North Florida and MS in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Florida. When not working, you will find Kate spending time with her two boys, reading, fishing, exercising or working with her Therapy Dogs at community and school events.
